No lawyer here but ... To me the bank by reducing staff and allow "machines" to wire money around the globe could have some responsibility in this .
I doubt that the money will still be sitting in the account allowing a reversal .
Not wanting to rub salt in MILFAN's wound , but for those that have seen the evidence will agree with me that spending 15 minutes checking the info provided by the seller before wiring the money would have been enough to walk away from the deal .
