Great transaction buying from Quang Le (ebxchange). I bought an Oyster Perpetual 116000 and the watch was received quickly and exactly as described. I had an issue with Paypal releasing funds and he was very understanding of the situation. He keeps in communication with you about shipping, texted pics whenever requested and talked watches..Great guy and I would buy again from him with confidence.
