This thread is driving me nuts. It’s been said before- if the NRD was for the meal be upfront. If the NRD was for something else be upfront. If the organizer wanted compensation let it be known the NRD was for that. This really is quite simple and if I was there I would love to know what happened as well.
I don’t think anyone would have objected to a higher NRD or a fee for the organizer for his time. If it was presented that way, once again, I doubt there would be objections.
Again the issue isn’t about , I had a great time or people are being cheap , its about truthfulness and transparency. Thats it!
