I own a PAM574 which is the 42mm Radiomir with the P1000 manual wind movement in it. I also have 6.25-6.5" wrists. It wears nice but is definitely as big as I would ever go for my wrist size. It actually seems to wear smaller than my old 40mm PAM048 I got rid of. Likely because it's so thin at 11mm.
