Curious - I know it's too late but assuming you are in the US did you consider Rolliworks in the CA Bay Area? They seem to have a good reputation and perform work as good as M Young on bracelets. I haven't personally taken a watch to them (ended up selling) but would have been my choice to avoid duties.
