So funny to read this post. I have known Fred Brown for close to 20 years, and have purchased multiple tool/torch resistant vaults from him. I have been in his facility, and can tell you that in my opinion, he definitely knows what he is doing, and makes an excellent product. He is not far from me, thus my surprise to see the post here, asking about him. I know he has done a number of custom installations, including creating entire "vault" rooms, some using old Bank Vault doors.
