This piece has been a topic of debate among the traditionalists for it's lack of water resistance. Since I don't do any diving and I never go swimming with a watch on, it was the perfect Panerai for me. I always loved the 1950 case design, but not the bulk that accompanied it. The sunburst dial and slim profile just did it for me.
