Actually, what did s#!t me about Rolex was that they told me that they were more interested in helping rolex customers. Not collectors who buy second hand watches.
I said. "So a rolex customer is someone who buys a brand new rolex from the store with papers?" Because then hes assuming I only have one watch. I told him that I have a rolex that I bought brand new from the store.... Doesn't that make me a rolex customer then? He said yes. But for the other watch not this one.
Yeah... that was pretty awesome customer service right there. Apparently owning a vintage rolex makes me more of a collector then a customer.
But besides for that. They were pretty helpful.
