If you can buy it online at Panerai website I’d shoot for 25%-30%. That one is hit or miss on availability, but I feel 20% should be doable. Less than I bought mine for. I just really wanted it.

The logic about getting a discount if able to buy on the website makes sense. Outside of a discount what incentive do customers have from buying at an AD? Maybe getting some straps thrown in? If you buy online there is no tax. I am not sure what the watches cost the AD or what margins they shoot for, but it seems they would be highly motivated to provide a decent discount...especially if a customer can just order online.
