Have a 6.75" wrist, and the 44mm Luminar (PAM01033) looks great! In fact it better 'fills out' my very thin wrists, thus my 'arm visual' look more, ummm, 'normal' instead of girly-thin. Agree with others, please find a way to try one on and see for yourself is your best bet.
