Agree that it is probably not the best plan for the average buyer and I am guessing a number just end up selling to greys. Seems a lot of regular buyers are buying watches only to try and flip which further reduces direct sales to people that want to keep. I think greys do buy a number of popular models from ADs but the issue of small supply is from Rolex’s end and not because the greys are buying up all the inventory.
