Click on any of the Boards and a "New Thread" box will be at the upper left corner.
Uploading/attaching an image is the paperclip icon above the message box. Click on it, then upload an image that meets the criteria of the image formats listed. If you are using an off-site photo service, you need 10 sensible posts to be able to use a link.
Albums are under the "Community" menu along the blue User strip within the Forum Information box. You can also add an Album from the menu blocks on the right side or your Profile page, found at User CP.
