Icon7 Vintage Rolex Oyster Precision 6426?

$_57.jpg
Hi, I have an old Rolex Oyster Precision with a design code of what looks like 6426, without removal of the leather strap. It is a ladies model, with serial number between the lugs starting with 166. This dates it to a 1960's model to me, later than the one I have, well, to my inexperienced eyes anyway. Could your post about the way parts are sometimes used in different models possibly explain it?
Thanks for your valued opinion
