I hope that wasn't another subtle dig at me. I've been a Rolex lurker for some time but been more actively engaged on other forums where I've been lucky to own watches (in response to my low post count).
Now that I'm looking to finally purchase my first Rolex (I've had my eye on the LV for a long time and wish I had the cash saved up when prices were "normal"), I've quickly realized the challenges that come with eyeing a popular watch.
This isn't a watch I'll ever flip or sell. I don't think I'll ever sell a watch TBH unless I come across one that I don't connect with.
Anyway, I do appreciate all the help. I can assure you I don't work for a dealer and am not doing some scouting mission to get fakes into the market. Just trying to find a good deal on a watch I've long desired.
