I was wondering if someone could help me with the model of the Patek Philippe watch attached? I'm a 'casual' watch enthusiast but don't have much knowledge when it comes to the intricacies of models. I am aware that it is a Nautilus model, but can someone provide the full details?

To cut a long story short, a friend was given this watch by his (rich) boss who was going to throw it out!!! I am now doing some research to find an approximate price quote for it. If you could also provide a quote that would be great.
