This was my AD. I purchased it in Hyde Park Jewelers in Denver. They are sending it into Rolex for repair with an "at least 4 weeks" turn around. Now I'm having use my phone to tell time like a schlub.
To be fair, my AD added a note asking Rolex to cover it but she didn't sound too confident. I also asked her twice what it would cost and her only response was "minimal".
