Yeah, thanks for making that clear. That's true. And I've got a mail conversation through Chrono24 with dates, confimations and a refund promised. Plus all the invoices, reciepts, and signed delivery note with an employes signature (shipped with FedEx). So, yeah! It's would make a pretty solid case if it goes to Court!
I have tried to call, and will continue to do so. No answers so far...
The reason not to refund someone asked. I Don't Know!
