It's hard for me to understand people taking offence as it all seems very light-hearted to me. I think some posters take this whole watch collecting lark way too seriously (and possibly also themselves).
We don't all like the same watches, but who really cares? Personally, in general, I tend to try to avoid commenting on watches I don't particularly like.

Agreed. I really enjoy PJ's posts and humour. He is one of the few people who doesn't always post about the same 4 brands and brings variety and different points of view to discussions. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his contributions to the forum.
I couldn't care less what he wears and I don't think its any of our business.
