I think it’s quite different in the various geographies.

In the UK and Europe I do believe there’s less, if any, sales of high demand references from ADs to greys. The reason being that if they are caught, they will be in very real danger of being cut loose by Rolex.

Losing their Rolex agency is not worth the uplift of selling a few pieces over MRSP.

Quite probably been different in the US where the supply position has been nowhere near as bad as it has over here

I don’t quite get why people find the concept of individuals buying watches at retail and selling them on to grey resellers such a hard one to accept. It happens all the time.
