I am currently in their 60 minute “we’ll call you back when it is your turn” customer service queue. The rub is that I removed the red “do not remove” sticker in order to verify the movement, which according to eBay’s policy makes it non returnable. I’m just glad I have the obvious “gotcha” incompetency proof against the authenticator, with that incorrect model# error right there on the certificate matched with serial number.
