Bobswatches account has been dormant (not "active" as mentioned in the rules) for more than three years and was set up by someone other than Paul the owner. I can't find a "sam's watches". If you have an issue like this to report you should just send a message to admin rather than openly accuse the forum of preferential treatment in a set-up thread.
