I know they aren't coveted by most, but I really love the modern parker centennials. I have a few and they are really nice.
One of the prides of my litter is a pelikan m1005 demonstrator. It's huge and lovely. It's getting pretty pricey though. The 200 demonstrator is nice too, but don't get the fine point.
I have a bunch of vintage pens, but rarely use them.
