Panerai people: I would be grateful for your thoughts and guidance. After collecting many other brands for a long time, I think I’ve caught the Panerai bug and am considering pulling the trigger on a PAM424. I Like the California dual and the simplicity and classic look (not looking for a water watch; and the crown guard of other models makes the watch too big for me, so I’m focusing on models without it).

I’d appreciate any and all thoughts and considerations regarding PAM424 — or other model as you think may fit the bill.
