1) It's just a pusher, I know there's COVID 19, but to take 3-4 months for a pusher is a bit...slow. It's almost Patek slow. My 5711 that went for a full overhaul took about the same amount of time.
2) I guess the 26331st was already out of warranty? $450 for a pusher is fair but nothing special to be honest. To me, the pusher should not have fallen out in the first place.
3) Leather pouch is nice.

I agree with you on 2 things. 1) Patek service is well known to be slow, 2) the leather pouch is nice.
I don’t think it’s fair to judge clear water / ap service duration / turnaround during pandemic and lock down.
