How on the one hand does one ban ICE engines for personal transportation but on the other hand not go after such a significantly polluting activity as leaf blowers?
Logic and progress. Air and noise pollution to move around leaves is pretty stupid when (if) you think about it.
I remember raking leaves when I was young. That worked just fine and also was a bit of exercise.
