I know this is a bit late and that you may already have an answer for this, but you might try Fountain Pen Hospital ( https://www.fountainpenhospital.com/ ). They can supply refills for just about everything. There are only so many sizes. Schmidt (of Germany, I think) makes refills for almost every rollerball ever made and many of the big pen maker use Schmidt "refills" rebranded with their own names. Chances are if you know the model FPH will be able to help. Also, if you still have the dry ink cartridge you can check Amazon. There should be a model number somewhere on it. Just search on that.

Finally, Paradise Pen retail stores are gone but the original company, Colorado Pen ( coloradopen.com ) is still around and a web search shows that they are still selling Schmidt refills.

Good hunting.
