I never found any feedback on them but I spoke to one of the owners a few times on WhatsApp about an 18038. He was initially responsive and then just stopped responding even as I followed up 2-3 times. So, while I can't comment on any of their watches, their customer service left a bit to be desired.

I purchased the 18038 from DavidSW after that.
