An interesting side to the story. The only thing I would have done differently is that once you determined through third party jewelers who examined the watch, I would have called or communicated to Jared that the watch he sold was not “excellent” condition (not water proofed, poor polishing of the bracelet, etc) and come to a monetary agreement. I think I would have requested to send it back for a full refund or for a monetary settlement for you to have it fully serviced to your satisfaction.
