In my case we were doing a project for a client in Richmond. We stationed two associates on site for several months. My partner and I would fly over over every few weeks to check on progress. Due to family circumstances, we had to fly both associates (at separate times) back to the States quickly, so we authorized them to fly the Concorde. Once when my partner and I were in Richmond, I told him it was unfair that the associates had flown the Concorde and we hadn't. So I called our travel agent (who happened to be my wife) and told her to book our return on the Concorde. Naturally all travel costs were charged to the client. They were spending so much on this project that they didn't even notice the cost of travel.
