Always liked the all black GMT bezel myself. The Coke and Pepsi color schemes look great in photos, but personally I think I'd grow tired of the color. Black just seems more enduring, no nonsense, and so far remains a stalwart in my collection.
On a completely unrelated topic, there may be other reasons to avoid Coke/Pepsi varieties...
