Why would "mass produced" make it more "sort after"?

If you want the Daytona with a ZENITH movement and running seconds at 9 O' Clock, yes its fine.
If you want a Daytona with latest Rolex "in-house" movement - go for that.

Its personal preference - but dial is not MK IV
