Hello....I’m Brazilian.... next time you’re looking for your next piece call the Rolex authorised dealers in São Paulo Brazil. You’ll get your piece in a much shorter timeframe, but you’ll have to go and collect it.... that’s what I do. I gave up with European authorised dealers. It’s just gone completely ridiculous.
