I think there is a thought that Rolex are no more durable or reliable than an average ETA watch. With the breguet overcoil/microstella and no lever I would suggest that is false. Especially with the grueling punishment Rolex puts their watches through before letting them out the door. They don't just make sure the dial lines up perfectly, it is my understanding they actually try to break the watches in various tests before releasing them because one of the watches they gave an American VIP broke during golf and they decided that was very bad for the brand.
