You have a few choices
1.Take all of the stickers off and Wear it the tarnish will remove with wear do not use toothpaste or cape cod on the watch
2.leave it as it is do not touch it with anything especially a cape cod and keep its an origional untouched example of a 2 tone sub.
3. Send it for service will come back as new condition..The RSC will not use a cape cod they will use Rolex Maģic
I would do number 3 then number 1 life is too short not to wear such a fine watch
Take the stickers off before you send to RSC put them in a bag as you won't get them back
