I've been a long time guest lurker and I decided to finally register so I can leave this man a review. I was in the market for a rolex dj41, and after reading so many positive reviews for patrick (I remember reading about him back in the day on here as OCROLEXGUY,) I figured I'd give it a shot. I texted him and within minutes, he responds and addresses all my concerns! I've never bought a watch from anyone other than an AD, so I was a little bit hesitant at first, but sure enough, the man explained the process concisely and put all my worries to rest. After purchase, he had my white dial dj41 with fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet delivered to me the very next day! BETTER THAN AN AD!!, all manuals, stickers, tags, box, warranty card (with green card holder) included! Mind you, He didn't have it in stock when I first inquired, but within minutes of responding to my text, he was able to source it from one of his contacts!!...and like I said, paid the man and it was mine the very next day!! I know everyone praises patrick for his great customer service, but I didn't know it was this good; not to mention an all around friendly person. No pressure, no rush. Truly stand up guy. Not once did I feel like I was buying from a salesman or grey market dealer; it was more like buying from a friend. From now on, all my future watch purchases are coming from OCWATCHGUY! THANK YOU SO MUCH PATRICK! GOODLUCK WITH THE NEW SHOP!!
