I've gone through X-ray machines (the stand-up, full body scans) wearing my 1601 & have had no issues. I would be more nervous to take it off my wrist (have never done this at any airport on Planet Earth) and put it through the conveyor belt machine with a slack-jawed, sticky-fingered team of TSA "employees."
