If this is legit, you have the find of the century.
With that said, I would advice you to be really careful with this. DO NOT just send the watch without proper insurance. Also, if you must, take the watch to a knowledgeable Rolex collector, and not just a "jeweler" or a "reseller of vintage watches" you'd be taken for sure. Never leave the watch out of sight !
