I standby my earlier comment about the dial is from a ss gold TT Daytona ref#116523. The hour markers were also replaced from an SS to make it look like this is one of a kind dial. These makers are fairly easy to remove. Again, you wouldn't have known this would you?
Now, some people would consider this an authentic watch because everything comes from Rolex
