Complete service includes:

“A complete maintenance service includes the disassembly of the watch, cleaning all components, replacing any components that don’t meet specifications, re-assembly and quality control testing.

The following parts are always replaced – gaskets and crowns.”
UPDATE: This is what they replied.

“Yes it is required as we don’t do a partial service. The watch also has oils that are drying and need to be replaced.”
