I used to use photobucket but now they're useless.
Tapatalk might be the most seamless if using handheld but the pics are loaded to their server, still no guarantee lifespan of their servers.
I just tried using imgur and that appears to work ok here.
Pic file is uploaded externally to host server of your choosing and you get a link to your file. Paste that .jpg link here and enclose it with IMG tags (or use the button that inserts pic link for you, if that works for you. Doesn't for me)
