I was in the same boat as you a few years back. I couldn’t pull the trigger on one. They seem too modern and Omega trying to see what sticks. They don’t have an Omega soul. Neither does my speedy panda but I fell in love with the dial, size and date.

The XXOTM variations are only cool because of the case material. That’s it.

The moonphase is a dressy/sporty multi complication....I wouldn’t think of Omega if I wanted that.

And prices of the Co-axials are substantially more, prices into the pre-wild market Rolex sports models

I think Omega kinda got ambitious and fell on their asses
