Buy a full micro screwdriver kit instead of just one. I tend to use two sizes, depending on the watch. If you buy one that is a bit small, it would not be strong enough to unscrew. If it is a bit big, it would scratch the side of the holes. Just get a full kit, especially one with replaceable bits.
