When I tried the 39.5 PO on, I liked the diameter overall on my 7" wrist, but I felt like the dial appeared crowded, with not enough negative space. The dial appeared more balanced on the 43.5 version, but the watch overall was too big for me. Both versions were too thick to button a cuff over, which may be unimportant to many, but reduces its functionality as a regular wear for me.
