Not sure one can report it.
Its basically a "franken" Rolex, and the seller admits that, but movement and dial are Rolex, albeit the dial has been redone, which seller admits.
What exactly are you reporting - its not counterfeit or fake, and seller has stated all in description.
Its no worse (or better) than those "franken" pieces from Ukraine!
I have not yet reported it.
