Im a fan of both but prefer the FOIS. The straight lugs, alpha hands, deeper black dial (has a slight sheen to it) and applied Omega logo at 12 all make it "pop" a bit more for me.

The Pro Hesalite is a classic though and a bit more "tool" like IMO.
