There's still the issue of how to position the individual watch heads so that one does not interfere with the winding stem of another.
Also, if I send the conglomeration to a Rolex Service Center for maintenance, would they have a problem with it? I'm not planning to use any non-Rolex parts.

SS can be TIG welded, which basically melts the metal together. You need a big wrist though.
