I m not sure I agree that there are "flaws"

the HE valve may be an optical illusion as the lug starts to flare from the case where the top edge of the HE valve sits so there may be the appearance suggested but it is not crooked and my word you need some super eyesight to pick that up in real life

as the date wheel is sitting below the dial and viewed through a window in the dial you will need to be looking head on to the dial to see the wheel below - same every watch with a date function?

washed out white text? isn't that a function of the ceramic dial finish? not a flaw
