Such a great piece. I similarly unboxed my blue stick last week. The slightly bigger size and hybrid sport/dress look drove me to the DJII over its competition in the family and out.
On sizing, I went back and forth with a few options for my 7.25" wrisr. One link out was a bit too much (and I agree, it needed to come from the 12 side) and I needed easy link out to be comfortable. I ended up with all links in but clasp micro-sized to the smallest hole.
