I'm pretty sure the 16750 only came with a 78360, and the jubilee option of course.
As mentioned before GMTs did come with two different oyster bracelet options, but not until the 16760 was introduced.
I have seen warranty certificates showing the full reference #, indicating that the watch did indeed come on a 93150 in some instances.
