I have a d22322 cosmonaute on an air racer bracelet, made in 2009 (125th anniversary). That's nominally a 41.5mm case diameter, wears a bit smaller than that. That has the b22 Calibre (ETA base with Dubois Depraz chrono module), works well but something an independent watchmaker wouldn't service, at least for the chrono aspect.
Might be worth checking out those navitimers and cosmonautes from the post-lemania/pre-b01 era, might be some good values there (I think the lemanias and b01s are more sought after, better appreciated by watch movement enthusiasts). I got a great deal on mine.
